Plot Outline (CAUTION FULL PLOT WILL BE REVEALED!)

The story begins with Matt Morgan, a seriel killer, who murders in the pursuit of weapons that he has bought but never recieved. he is now seeking the weapons he has paid for on the black market but not yet recieved, he traks people down who are linked to his missing weapons in the hope of finding them.... and he is prepared to find them at any cost.
Some people he has killed because they do not co-operate, others he kidnaps and never releases, killing them before he continues his life, The rest are simply casulaties of Morgan's rage.
The Detective assigned to the case is killed by Matt at the very beginning of the film.

The detective Noah Mallard is assigned to replace the previous detective and to catch Matt, whilst Noah is kept busy clearing up the mess left behind from the previous detective who had made several serious mistakes ‘misplacing’ evidence. His mistake cost him his life. Noah and his co detective Sarah get straight to work going through the previous case details. The story start when the receive news that a body has been found (the body of the previous detective). After Matt kills the detective he goes about finding his weapons unaware that a new detective has been assigned to catch him.

It is not long before Noah and Sarah are briefed about the wrong doings of Matt and they are out on the chase, they catch up with him just before he claims another victim they find the victim tied up Matt is no where to be seen but from the victims testimony he is not far away.

Soon after Noah and Sarah are hot on Matt’s trail and what follows are a serious of car chases and gun fights Matt soon realizes that the new detective is more than a match for his skills, Matt becomes even more desperate to find his weapons and many more people are killed and injured. Towards the climax of the story Matt has claimed another Victim (the governor of the area) and Noah is first on scene reviewing the evidence, Sarah is still at the office Noah phones her to notify her that she must come down to help him at the scene, only it’s Matt who answers her phone…

What Noah does not know is that Matt has found his haul of weapons, he and a large group of henchmen have attacked and infiltrated the police office in an attempt to catch and kill the detective (Noah) only to find Sarah there, Matt takes Sarah hostage, and Noah begins his daring and heroic attempt to rescue her…

The film then takes a dramatic turn as Noah’s Calm exterior is shattered and his true feeling for Sarah are revealed, Matt leaves the police station with Sarah in an armored vehicle with a convoy of bickers and his henchmen in other cars, soon Noah is on their tail and picks off all of Matt’s men one by one, until he reaches Matt himself with Sarah and a few loyal men… there the ultimate show down begins Noah is backed up by several SWAT and Matt has his most talented and loyal henchmen…

The battle begins only this time Noah is not fighting for his country or his city but for the love of his life. Whilst Matt’s henchmen and the SWAT have a face off, Noah stops Matt’s who is trying to escape with his hostage, Sarah, a fight to the death begins. Initially Noah over powers Matt but the car which Sarah is in rolls over a cliff into a river, Noah shocked that he loved Sarah so much but never told her and now believing he has lost her gives up hope. Soon Matt has the upper hand, he finds a gun laying on the ground and starts cursing Noah at gun point, Noah so distraught simply bows his head when all is assumed lost a gun is fired, Noah flinches and the screen goes black the audience hears a body hit the floor the screen comes back on again to show Noah with both eyes closed shut he slowly opens them to find, Matt being arrested by the SWAT. He had been shot in the shoulder by Sarah who has managed to escape, Matt is sent to prison and Noah who was afraid he had lost Sarah tells her how much her loves her…
